This newly redesigned course delivers a modern, streamlined approach to workplace violence prevention. The course follows a workplace violence prevention guide as she fields calls from a fictional workplace violence hotline, allowing learners to apply concepts in a realistic and engaging way. New scenarios feature practical de-escalation techniques and opportunities to recognize early warning signs before a situation escalates. Learners will also participate in fresh interactive activities—including a “spot the red flags” game—to strengthen their ability to identify and report behaviors of concern. With the shorter runtime of 17 minutes, the course keeps training focused, efficient, and relevant. This California course meets all required Cal/OSHA workplace violence training standards, including coverage of the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan.
