Welcome to the “Understanding Ethics with Dr. Sharon Freeman” course that explains why ethics matters and how it correlates to a company’s framework. Author Dr. Sharon Freeman is a former chief ethics and compliance officer for a leading USAID international development implementer and is the owner and President of Gems of Wisdom Consulting. She also has experience as a development expert who has worked in 120 countries for leading development institutions such as the World Bank, the IFC, UNDP, USAID, the Asian and African Banks, and many private sector entities.
