<p>Leadership Accelerator is a 6 month group coaching experience built specifically for senior associates to senior managers—those with 5–7 years of experience leading and managing others. This experience is built for those living and leading in public accounting, lead by an experienced coach who understands the unique challenges to our industry! It's designed to help participants grow from high performers into confident, capable people leaders who know how to engage their teams, delegate well, and lead through change. </p><p>This program will begin with training, then build upon concepts and practical application for six months in a small group environment. Group coaching will provide a space for growth, reflection, and connection. In small cohorts of 6–12 peers from similar firm environments, participants build real-world leadership skills they can apply immediately. The monthly sessions are practical, personalized, and rooted in the real challenges of leading in a firm—tight deadlines, multiple demands, team dynamics, and the need to build capacity without burning out. </p><p>We use FranklinCovey’s 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team as the foundation, but this program is tailored through a coaching lens for public accounting.
