I understand these are tailored 1:1 sessions delivered virtually via Teams for firm administrators. Purchased hours are billed in advance in 1-hour increments, expire by volume tier, transferable among firm admins. All purchases are non-refundable. If a session is canceled within 24 hours, the scheduled hour(s) may be deducted from your available training hours.

Pricing per LCvista Training Policy. $250/hour, billed in 1-hour increments. Volume discounts on hours purchased in advance — 3–5 hrs 10% ($225/hr), 6–10 hrs 16% ($210/hr), 11–19 hrs 20% ($200/hr), 20+ hrs custom. Hours expire by tier (30 days / 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 months), are transferable among firm admins, and are non-refundable; unused hours are forfeited at expiration, but remaining hours roll into a new block purchased before expiration. Sessions are 30-minute minimum / 2-hour maximum, up to 3 admins, booked in advance and subject to support-team availability. Hours are starting estimates and will be calibrated to actuals by your account manager.
